These terms govern your use of www.getahana.com and Ahana Digital marketing services. By using our site or becoming a client, you agree to these terms.

Services

Ahana provides website design, hosting-related setup, and ongoing SEO and content services for home service businesses as described on our pricing page. Specific deliverables depend on your selected plan.

Monthly Plans & Billing

Plans are billed monthly. There is no long-term contract; either party may cancel with 30 days written notice unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Website Build & Setup Fee

Website builds are included at no separate setup fee on all plans, with stated build values by tier ($2,000 Starter, $3,000 Enhanced, $5,000 Premium). You pay monthly for ongoing SEO and related services.

Website Ownership

If you cancel before 12 consecutive months and wish to keep your website, a one-time $500 transfer fee applies. If you do not wish to keep the site, no transfer fee is charged. After 12 consecutive months on an active plan, ownership of the website transfers to you at no additional cost, subject to any third-party licenses (fonts, stock assets, plugins) that may require separate renewal.

SEO Results

SEO results are not guaranteed. Rankings depend on competition, algorithm changes, market conditions, review velocity, and factors outside our control. We provide professional, ethical optimization — not promises of specific positions or lead volumes.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and lawful content. You retain responsibility for claims made about your services, licensing, and insurance on your website.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahana Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.

We may update these terms or site content. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
